What it covers
Every CV Creatives purchase: the AI CV, the premium CV improvement, the ATS-optimized CV, AI credit packs and AI headshots. We refund the full amount even if you have already used what you bought.
The editor, templates and normal CV download are free, so there is nothing to refund there. There are no subscriptions either: we will not charge you anything after your purchase.
Time limit
You have 14 calendar days from the day of purchase to ask for a refund.
How to ask
- Email media@apogeo.site from the address you paid with, or open a support request from your account.
- Tell us what you bought and roughly when. You do not need to give a reason.
When you get your money
We refund the amount to the payment method you used, through Stripe, as soon as possible and always within 14 days of your request. Your bank may then take a few business days to show it.
What happens next
We remove the credits or access that came with that purchase. The CV you created is still yours, and you can keep editing and downloading it for free in the editor.
Abuse
The guarantee is for people who are not satisfied. We may decline clearly abusive requests, such as repeatedly buying and asking for refunds to use the service without paying.
Your consumer rights
This guarantee is voluntary and comes on top of your statutory rights; it does not limit them. The owner's details are in the legal notice and the purchase terms in the terms of use.
