Terms of use.

Use of the service

CV Creatives provides tools to create, edit, and prepare CVs. Users are responsible for the accuracy of the content they enter.

Availability

Creating, editing and downloading your CV with the editor is free and needs no account. Paid AI features are optional and show their price before you use them.

Purchases and payments

Paid AI features are one-time purchases made through Stripe. There are no subscriptions or automatic renewals. Prices are shown in euros, taxes included, before you pay.

What you buy is delivered right after payment: the AI or improved CV, access to the optimized CV, or credits, which never expire.

Every purchase comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee, even if you have already used what you bought. See how to ask for it in the refund policy.

Content ownership

CV content belongs to the user. CV Creatives only processes it to provide the requested service and features.

Limitations

CV Creatives helps improve CV presentation, but it does not guarantee interviews, job offers, or hiring outcomes.
